DP-type product is a dual U-shaped seal and metal skeleton vulcanization bonding integral pneumatic piston, which has three functions: Sealing, guiding, cushioning.

DP-type integral piston has the following advantages:

• Simple fixing without additional sealing requirements in the piston rod.

• Since equipped with ventilation grooves, it can quickly respond to (full pressure load).

• Due to the geometry of the sealing lip can be maintained lubricant film, because some small friction, smooth operation.

• Can be used for oil-lubricated air and oil-free air (after initial lubrication assembly).

Applications:

Integral DP piston for top buffered double-acting cylinder, in the case of long stroke and bending, can not withstand excessive load.

Working temperature: -30 to + 80 ℃ (standard material)

Surface speed: ≤1m / s

Media: oil lubricated air as well as dry air and oil-free air (initial lubrication after assembly).

Installation:

This DP pneumatic piston integral use lock nut on the piston rod so as not to loose. When used in the dry air and oil-free air, the piston and cylinder should be suitable long-life lubricant pre-lubricated.

Materials:

Standard material a synthetic rubber (NBR group), Shore A71 and vulcanization bonding with metal skeleton.
