EU-type piston rod seal
Cylinder pneumatic piston rod seals with EU / wiper Integrated has three functions: seal, dust, fixed.
Single member molding and using special polyurethane material may provide the following advantages:
• No corrosion, since the hybrid positioning / wiper abandoned the use of unnecessary additional ring binder.
• does not produce dust corner, because the dust seal lip special design.
• Low friction and high working life - thanks to the geometry of the sealing lip to be balanced with the use of anti-wear, high elasticity, durable polyurethane material.
• After the initial assembly lubrication, even with dry and oil-free air is also having a very long service life.
Applications:
Working pressure: ≤ 16 bar
Working temperature: -35 to + 80 ℃
Cryogenic material P5009, at higher temperatures, the use of type E9.
Surface speed: ≤ 1 m / s
Medium: lubricated air as well as dried and oil-free air (after initial assembly lubrication).
Materials:
EU-type piston rod seal / wiper by a 94 Shore A polyurethane material, after our processing plant in order to maintain its strong and stable quality. The advantage of this material compared to other commercial polyurethane material is its high abrasion resistance, excellent resistance to pressure and a wider temperature range.

Installation / removal
Along the annular recessed groove, EU piston seal wiper is pushed inside the trench. In the assembly, the lip is sharp edges to avoid injury.
