1. Features
    Overall piston made of light metal alloy / polyamide body, card guide into the ring and integration and composition.

   Media: treated and dried, compressed air without lubricant (grease-coated after assembly).
   Working pressure: ≤1MPa (10bar)
   Temperature: -20 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃
   Line Speed: ≤1m / s

   Cylinder: Rmax≤4μm, Rp / Rz <0.5
   tp (25% Rmax) = 50% ~ 75%

5. Install
   Careful installation is to ensure a good seal function prerequisites.
   Before loading cylinder, the overall piston washer (diameter less than 25mm DIN125 standard washer with a diameter ≥25mm with DIN1440 washer) and a nut secured to the piston rod.

6. Installation Recommendations
    Before assembly into the cylinder, grease evenly on all cylinders running surface. Piston groove allowed to glue any grease.
