Parker B7 piston seal

   B7 type ULTRATHAN ® piston seal is installed for a tight fit in the groove a lip seal, B7 seal can be used for ordinary rubber or fabric reinforced rubber mainly the physical properties of a variety of occasions.

1. Material:

   Parker P5008 is a polyurethane-based material Shore hardness of approximately 93A. Compared with other polyurethane materials currently on the market, its main advantage is that improved heat resistance, resistance to hydrolysis enhanced compression deformation.

Working pressure: ≤400bar

Operating temperature: -35 to + 110 ° C

Surface speed: ≤0.5m / s

Media: Hydraulic oil (mineral oil based)

Mainly used in mobile machinery and heavy-duty hydrostatic piston seal. 

3. Install:

   Such seals should be axial clearance (see Table H and L columns). To avoid damage to the sealing lip, the installation will not pull the seal sharp edges. Such seals typically loaded closed groove. When the entrance is limited, you may want to use special installation tools. If user requirements, the company will provide the design of such tools.
