Z9 rod seal is a cylinder with a lip seal. Its unique design so that it has the following advantages:

Standard materials: N3580, SFR elastomer (nitrile rubber Shore 80 A), the material has excellent performance, especially for semi-friction areas.
Temperature materials: N8602, nitrile rubber (Shore 70 A)
High-temperature materials: V3664, fluorine rubber (Shore 85 A)

Installation
   Z9 lip seal for easy installation into the groove, in order to prevent seal damage during installation, you need to remove the sharp edges of the trench corners. Groove dimensions will affect the dynamic lip size, and therefore need to ensure groove precision.
   In oil-free working conditions, adequate lubricant film is very important, which is guaranteed by the initial lubrication. In the non-oil lubricated condition, choose not to destroy the film of suitable dust ring is very important. In particular, we recommend this dust ring A2.

Note: When the nominal diameter of less than 25mm, according to the sealing section and the groove position, recommended the use of open trenches.
