Germany MERKEL seal -AIRZET PR type pneumatic rod seal

1. Features
     For driving pressure side bidirectional compression type seal with the trench. Its compact dimensions of the cylinder head can be reduced (such as short-stroke cylinder; also be used for the valve).

   Hardness: 80 Shore A of NBR rubber.
   Grade: 80NBR 24500 (MB219).

4. trenches and machine processing standards
  Piston rod: Rmax≤4μm, Rp / Rz <0.5
  tp (25% Rmax) = 50% ~ 75%
  Trench floor: R max≤10μm, Rp / Rz <0.5

5 Installation
  Careful installation is to ensure a good seal function prerequisites. Clamp ring AIRZET PR from the rounded edge of the cavity into the cavity withhold groove.
