1. Features
     Small cylinder with no metal frame, with special pneumatic sealing edge combination of dust seals.
     Combination with a minimum space requirement ring, U-ring and dust ring are combined into one element.
     This special pneumatic sealing edge seal ring with low friction and maintain an effective lubricant film a good sealing function.

   Media: treated and dried, compressed air without lubricant (grease-coated after assembly).
   Working pressure: ≤1.0MPa (10bar)
   Temperature: -20 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃
   Line Speed: ≤1m / s

   Piston rod: Rmax≤4μm, Rp / Rz <0.5
   tp (25% Rmax) = 50% ~ 75%
   Trench floor: R max≤10μm, Rp / Rz <0.5

4. Material
    NIPSL SF: 90 Shore A hardness of NBR rubber. FPM can be customized.
    Grade: Simrit 90NBR 108.

5 Installation
   Careful installation is to ensure a good seal function prerequisites.
   Small cylinder seal with a combination of dust prior to assembly piston rod by hand into a suitable groove.
