Parker FC-type guide strips
1. Introduction

  FC oriented with good wear resistance, for piston and rod guide. Guide strips can be cut to any length (maximum 5.5m). Packed into a sales guide length 5.5 m per roll, depending on the needs of customers can cut to any length.

2. Material:

Fabric reinforced thermosetting synthetic resin

Q5030T: phenolic resin - polyester fiber + PTFE, gray

Q5038T: phenolic resin - polyester fiber + PTFE, brown

3. Application:

Hydraulic cylinder piston and rod guide member.

Operating temperature: -50 to + 100 ° C

    In HFA, HFB, HFC: -30 to + 80 ° C

Bearing strength (according to EN ISO604 vertical):

    Q5030T: q = 270 N / mm 2

    Q5038T: q = 320 N / mm 2

Water absorption (according to DIN 53495): <0.1%

Surface speed: ≤0.5m / s

4. Installation:

Less than or equal to the diameter of 100mm and piston rod, it is recommended to use FR type guide ring.

For the use of non-ferrous or light metal piston recommended F3 type guide strips (PTFE carbon filled).

Installation guide band gap must be left at the junction k:

    k = 0.008 xd + 2

Calculated based on the value of k should be reduced to 0.5mm or ending in integer values. Allow radial force is calculated based on the projected area of the piston rod D • H or a projected area the size d • h determined.
