Parker OG combination piston seal
OG type piston assembly is sealed by a PTFE piston sealing ring and an O-ring components. Hydraulic cylinder piston unidirectional seal (double-acting piston seal in combination with two OG).
OG seals is particularly applicable to the control cylinder, servo systems, machine tools, quick response cylinders and construction machinery in the single-acting cylinders.
This seal has the following advantages:
● Suitable for one piston.
● small dimensions.
● minimum friction starting and movement, even at low speeds but also to ensure smooth movement, no creeping phenomenon.
● wear resistance.
● anti-extrusion.
● high temperatures.
● Since the seal ring has a high resistance to chemical corrosion characteristics of medium, and choose a different O-ring material, OG seals can be applied to almost all media.
● can provide up to a diameter of 2500mm products.
1. Standard Materials:
Slide ring: Polon ® 052, a modified PTFE + 40% bronze.
O-ring: N0674, Shore hardness of about 70 NBR

2. Application:
Working pressure: ≤400bar *
Working temperature: -30 to + 100 ° C **
Surface speed: ≤4m / s
* Under reduced extrusion gap (H7 / f7) of the case, the pressure can be increased to 600bar.
** Standard temperature deviations, please consult the appropriate Parker O-rings. Please refer to the 105 O-ring material form.
