Parker OE piston seal combination (double-acting)

  OE piston seals are made of PTFE piston seal ring and O-ring, it is used for two-way hydraulic cylinder piston seal.

  OE seals is particularly suitable for the control cylinder, servo systems, machine tools, construction machinery and fast response cylinders bidirectional piston cylinder.

This seal has the following advantages:

● Suitable for one piston.

● small dimensions.

● minimum friction starting and movement, even at low speeds but also to ensure smooth movement, no creeping phenomenon.

● wear resistance.

● anti-extrusion.

● high temperatures.

● Since the seal ring has a high resistance to chemical corrosion characteristics of medium, and choose a different O-ring material, OE seals available in almost all media.

● Due to the special shape of the seal structure, the film has a good oil return characteristics.

● can provide up to 2500mm diameter of the product.

1. Standard Materials:

Slide ring: Polon ® 052, a modified PTFE + 40% bronze.

O-ring: N0674, Shore hardness of about 70 NBR

2. Application:

Working pressure: ≤400bar *

Working temperature: -30 to + 100 ° C **

Surface speed: ≤4m / s

* Reducing the gap extrusion conditions and can withstand operating pressure of 600bar (H7 / f7).

** Standard temperature deviations, please consult the appropriate Parker O-rings.
