PARKER KR piston seal combination
KR type ULTRATHAN ® piston seals should fall by ISO7425 / 1 mounting groove of double-acting piston seals (OE, OK) product line of complementary products, the applicable pressure range up to 300bar. The sealing member consists of a slip ring (with the newly developed polyurethane, having improved sliding characteristics and a particularly high modulus) and an expansion member (having a square cross section, made of NBR rubber) components.
This seal has the following advantages:

1. Material:
Slip ring: P5062, Shore D hardness of about 55 modified polyurethane
Expansion ring: NB078, NBR rubber Shore A hardness of about 80.

Working pressure: ≤300bar
Operating temperature: -35 to + 110 ° C (short time up to 125 ° C)
Surface speed: ≤0,5m / s
For standard industrial cylinders and farm equipment, light construction machinery and walking devices. Due to extremely high dynamic sealing performance, so it is particularly suitable for demanding leak occasions, such as steering cylinder and the like.
3. Install:
Mounting groove should be carefully cleaned and deburred. Cylinder bore should be chamfered forefront. KR-type seal can be loaded closed grooves.
