Parker Q3 type rod seal combination

  Q3-type piston rod seal is a combination of tight seal force, which consists of a cloth and a rubber lip seals rubber sealing ring combination. Through its pre-compression of the radial sealing lip rubber seal ring may scrape the surface of the liquid film of the piston rod. Even at low or no pressure, you can get excellent sealing performance. High pressure may be transferred to the cloth to enhance the sealing lip, due to its stability, it is possible to prevent damage to the extruder.

 


1. Material:

Standard material is nitrile rubber, nitrile rubber and cloth reinforced.

If special needs, can provide other materials.


We must ensure that the pressure acting on the oil can completely seal, so there must be a suitable gap in the axial direction. When installing the seal can not be pulled over sharp edges to avoid damaging the seal lip.
