Parker ON type rod seal combination (double-acting)

  ON-type piston rod seal is the seal ring and O-ring consists of PTFE rod. Hydraulic cylinder and piston rod seal.

  ON seals is particularly applicable to the control cylinder, servo systems, machine tools, construction machinery and fast response cylinders bidirectional piston cylinder. It is used in conjunction with the dust seal lips can achieve optimum sealing performance.

This seal has the following advantages:

Note: For special applications, such as heavy load or light load, you can choose a non-standard section. In this case, select another section instead of the standard cross-section, for example: the above example, with a "C" or "E" section instead of the "D" section.

1. Standard Materials:

Sealing ring: Polon ® 052, modified PTFE + 40% copper

O-ring: N0674, nitrile rubber Shore hardness of about 70

2. Application:

Working pressure: ≤400bar *

Working temperature: -30 to + 100 ℃ **

Surface speed: ≤4m / s

* Under reduced extrusion gap (H7 / f7) of the case, the pressure can be increased to 600 bar.
